Include Me TOO worked with young people with disabilities and families to develop the resource. The Commonwealth Children and Youth Disability Network committee recognised how vital this resource was and have been working hard with the charity, getting this resource ready to deliver in their respective countries. We welcome further support and partners to deliver and implement this resource widely in other parts of their regions.
