Women With Disabilities Australia is launching the LEAD Leadership and Mentoring Toolkit this October. This resource was created by and for women, girls and gender diverse people with disabilities. The aim of the toolkit is to empower women, girls and gender diverse people with disabilities to build their leadership capacity. It is an essential guide to personal growth and professional success.

Our lived experience is valued in both individual and collective change, and cultivates approaches that support knowledge, accessibility, and care. This care can be highlighted as celebrating one’s achievements, managing expectations, acknowledging and learning from mistakes, and support networks that are available for people with disability and intersectional identities.
